NEW ST. LUKE’S GUIDELINES FOR RE-OPENING OF MASSES WITH A CONGREGATION – MAY 28, 2021

RECEPTION OF COMMUNION (during Lockdown)  


EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND BY ORDER OF MOST REV. J. MICHAEL MILLER, ARCHBISHOP OF VANCOUVER, ALL IN-PERSON MASSES AND LITURGICAL SERVICES ARE NOW PERMITTED TO A LIMIT OF 50 PEOPLE INSIDE THE CHURCH.

As permitted by BC Personal Health Order Variance issued on May 25th, Archbishop Miller has permitted the resumption of Masses with a Congregation to the maximum allowable 50 person limit.

Pre-registration is required Call or email the parish office today or tomorrow to register.  If the 50 person registration maximum has been met, parishioners can choose to be on a stand-by list, but may not be allowed in if those on the registration list are in attendance.

SUNDAY MASSES
Masses will be held on Saturday at 4:30 pm, Sunday 8:30 am & 10:30 am, and 5:00 pm (new Mass time, no 7 pm Mass).

10:30 am will continue to be a livestreamed Mass with reception of communion only for those who are unable to attend in person Mass because of health issues or are unable to secure a registration. 

WEEKDAY MASSES
Daily Mass with maximum 50 people will resume on Monday, May 31 at 8:00 am.

Saturday morning Mass will also be at 8 am followed by confessions at 8:45 am – 9:30 am. (note new confession times)

Pre-Registration is required for weekday Masses.  Please contact the parish office to register for all weekday and weekend Masses.

PERSONAL HEALTH CHECK
All persons must complete a health check BEFORE entering the church.  Click here to view, download or print your PERSONAL HEALTH CHECK FORM.  We require that each person who is planning to celebrate Mass do a personal health check on their own and if you answer “yes” to any question or are in any way feeling unwell, please DO NOT come to the church.
